However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.

Therefore, we DO issue lead credits/replacements for the following reasons:

  • Phone number is disconnected, or is the wrong number
  • Contact information is incorrect
  • Contact is not a business
  • Contact information is an internet marketing firm testing competition
  • Contact is a duplicate lead already received within the past 30 days

Such issues must be reported to our Support Department within 5 days from the date of receiving the lead/s. Please allow 7 business days for Support Department to review your request and issue replacements. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.
